- Abdominal pain/cramping
- Rashes
- Food dyes
- Cinnaminic aldehyde (a common flavor enhancer)
- Propolyene glycol
- Benzoic acid
- alpha tocopherol
- Speak with an allergist about being tested to see if this is triggering your symptoms.
- Be prepared to provide a detailed diet history along with when your syptoms are happening.
